  • Strategic development and expansion of the Silicon Photonic business
  • Leveraging existing product portfolio to provide customer solutions. Focus on driving Silicon Photonics product line options to increased sales
  • Educating and training sales and business line workforce
  • Supporting front end sales with opportunity capture and delivery for concentration solutions
  • Driving market introduction, sales opportunities and customer management for new products and solutions
  • Coordinating and negotiating sales plans for the playfield

What should you bring with us:Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in marketing, business administration, mechanical/electrical engineering, device design, or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in business development, marketing, and new product development
  • Knowledge of IT applications (Salesforce, MS Office skills)
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, a goal-oriented, cross-departmental working style, quality awareness and the ability to respond to changes and implement them with the team
  • A strong communicator, committed and organized personality who also impresses with determination, persuasiveness, and creativity
  • Very good German language skills for daily communication with employees and good written and spoken English skills for cooperation with other departments
